Client Brief & Overview
Aura Developments wanted a browser based interactive case study for a large commercial campus that could be accessed instantly by international investors. Using the client floor plans and design package, we built a high fidelity 3D environment in 3ds Max, then moved to Unreal Engine for material systems, lighting, post processing, and guided camera logic. The final application was prepared specifically for Pixel Streaming and embedded in a custom website experience we developed for the client brand.
The Challenge
The main challenge was delivering smooth real time interaction over the web without asking users to install software. The environment was visually dense, and inconsistent network conditions across regions risked latency, compression artifacts, and poor first impressions. The client also needed a branded presentation layer with simple access for sales teams and investors.
The Solution
We optimized the Unreal project for Pixel Streaming with performance focused asset budgets, scene partitioning, and streaming friendly render settings. Then we deployed the experience through a secure cloud pipeline and integrated it into a custom website with clear calls to action and analytics ready session flow. For high end desktop presentations, we also produced a PC build with enhanced realism settings to leverage stronger GPUs. This solved the client problem of global accessibility while preserving premium visual impact across devices.
