Client Brief & Overview
For this residential development, the client provided floor plans, elevation drawings, and facade material specifications that needed to be translated into a cinematic yet accurate exterior story. Our team modeled the architecture and surrounding context in 3ds Max, prepared optimized assets for Unreal Engine, and worked with the interior and branding team to keep the visual language aligned across both interior and exterior marketing output.
The Challenge
The project challenge was trust. Investors wanted proof that the final build quality and daylight behavior matched the promise. We had to show realistic facade response at different times of day while preserving architectural detail across glass, stone, and metallic trims. Inconsistent weather mood and dramatic post effects in early tests made decision making harder for the client team.
The Solution
We built a controlled lighting workflow in Unreal Engine using physically grounded sun and sky setups, then produced multiple validated lighting scenarios for morning, afternoon, and dusk. Material look development and post processing were standardized to keep consistency across campaign shots. The final visualizations clearly communicated design value, helping the client secure stakeholder confidence and launch marketing with fewer technical objections during approvals.
